Sauna
The temperature in the sauna varies between 70 and 100 degrees and the humidity is low – between 3 and 20 per cent. After visiting the sauna, you will feel light, clean, and calm. This is the means to achieve complete muscular relaxation when in an intensive training regime, to reduce nervous pressure and to improve the blood circulation of the whole body.
It is important to follow the rules for using the sauna.

Steam bath
The temperature in the steam bath is not higher than 40-50 degrees. The room is foggy with gentle steam and air humidity of 100%. It has a very good cosmetic effect on the whole body, in which your pores are opened and your skin is cleaned and hydrated.
