Spa Etiquette Spa visit

General Information

Elements Spa is a full-service facility available to all resort guests. It is a place for relaxation. Please, respect other guest′s rights to privacy and serenity and do not use mobile phones. The conversation in the treatment area is fine as long it′s in soft tone. Smoking is not allowed at the Spa areas.

Opening Hour

Elements Spa is opened daily from 9am to 7pm

Appointments

We recommend, making a reservation in advance in order to ensure preferred times. For scheduling appointments or for further information please contact us.

Check-in

Please arrive a minimum 10 minutes prior to your spa appointment. Treatments will start and end on time in order to not intervene the next guest. It is recommended that no alcohol will be consumed prior to your Spa visit.

Health condition

Before your treatment you will be requested to complete a medical evaluation form. Please notify us should you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies and other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant, so that we can recommend the appropriate treatments.

Spa appearance

Robes, slippers and towels are provided upon arrival. It is advisable to wear underwear or swimwear underneath your bathrobe. For some treatments you will provided with disposable undergarments by your therapist.

Valuables

Lockers and safety boxes are provided and we recommend you to use them for your belongings and valuables; however we do not assume liability.

Age requirements

Elements Spa is appropriate for guests over 16 years old otherwise they must be accompanied by an adult.

During your treatment

Please let your therapists know if you are comfortable or uncomfortable, too warm or too cold, or if their pressure is too light or too firm. Our goal is to make you feel the ultimate experience like nowhere else.

Sauna/Steam bath/Pool/Fitness

Please remember to drink enough water when using a sauna or steam room and pay attention to certain health precautions. Out of respect for all our guests, we kindly ask you to cover yourself with towel or use your bathrobe in our relaxation area. Please take notice that our pool has a depth 1.30m and is not suitable for diving or jumping. Be careful during swimming. In the fitness studio the trainers must be worn.

Payment

We accept cash, debit or credit cards.

Cancelation policy

We require at least 4 hours notice of cancellation in advance, to avoid being 50 % charged. In consideration of all spa guests and therapists, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and full value of your treatment will be applied.

Beautifully presented Elements Spa gift vouchers are perfect present for any occasion. Give to someone the gift of relaxation.
